eBills Issue #1

I'm happy that the new eBills is more reliable. I can connect more of my stuff to eBills than before. However, that brings up new usability issues. #1, when I link to Barclays for credit cards, it shows bills with a due date back in June (it's September now).

What's up with that?

    Hello @jeff-y,

Thank you for the feedback regarding ebills being more reliable. I agree, it does seem strange that the Due Dates displayed are dates in the past. Could you please add the bills and see how these dates are displayed then?

    Thank you.

Here's what happens when I add them.

    Hello @jeff-y,

Thank you for providing more information!

Can I have you try going to the Bills & Income tab, clicking the gear icon on the right, selecting Review and Repair from the menu options?

Once there, select Review and Repair Online Billers. Let me know if this corrects the dates.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

I'm on a Mac, and don't see the gear icon, or an option to Review & Repair.

    Hello @jeff-y,

Thanks for following up! I apologize for the confusion—the “Review & Repair” option that Alyssa mentioned is only available in Quicken Classic for Windows and unfortunately isn’t present on Mac.

For your Mac eBills issue, the best next step would be to reach out to Quicken Support directly. They can investigate further and escalate the issue if needed.

    Thank you!

Hi @Quicken Anja, I followed up with Quicken Support via chat.

They didn't understand what was going on, but said they're actively working on a bunch of issues 😕
