Renew / Activation Pop Up Message even though subscription is renewed
Our company has an account with Quicken (investments@bnhgroup.com). Subscription has been renewed in June. However suddenly our users are getting below attached message in their application home screen. Kindly guide.
Renew/Activation Code. When we renewed there was no 16 digit code was received by our team.
There is no support team email or contact number who can help.

I understand how frustrating it can be to see a Renew/Activation message even after your subscription was renewed in June. This issue can happen if Quicken hasn’t fully recognized your active subscription, even though your renewal is complete.
Typically, this can be resolved by signing out of Quicken and signing back in with the Quicken ID used for the renewal. Please refer to this support article for instructions.
If the prompt continues after following the steps, it may require further assistance from Quicken Support to fully refresh the subscription status.
