    getting CC-501 on multiple banks. I am not using check pay, just trying to download. Is this a bad update with the new downloaded software? Does quicken test?

    All of my update accounts (Bank of America, Citi, WaFd, Amex) are giving a CC-501 error. Something is BROKEN!

    FYI…. Just tried OSU again, after having similar issues an hour ago, and everything processed normally.

    I am getting error code CC-501 "We are unable to update this account due to an unknown error" It's affecting some but not all of the accounts when using one step update.

    I just tired OSU and still CC-501 errors for all my accounts, Chase\USAA\Citi\Amex\Charles Schwab

    Working now for me as well….(Amex, Schwab, Chase, Discover, Fidelity, Provident, Wells Fargo)

    Same here. Except it is all my Accounts except Wells Fargo. Support says they have fixed it, but Update still throws CC501 errors.

    I just tried, and it looks like Citibank update is currently not working, and that seems to slow and/or block other accounts from updating. Quicken now displays a status message saying that Citibank is not connecting, and they are working on that issue. Meanwhile, my other accounts did eventually download data.

    Seems to be working for me now for all except my Schwab accounts. OSU runs with no issues and all my other accounts downloaded transactions but schwab says no transactions and I had several yesterday that should have downloaded. Last time this happened I had to key them all in manually because no matter what I did Schwab would not download the transactions.

    9/24/25 - I just ran one step update. The CC-501 errors I was getting earlier have disappeared.

    Everything appears to be working properly. Yay!

    US Bank is still giving me the CC-501 Error.

    Still not working for me. Ally, Chase, Citibank, Synchrony Bank and Fidelity Investments all still throwing the CC-501 error.

    No Fidelity 09/23/2025 transactions downloaded through EWC+ for us since the OSU reset this morning!

    Last time this happened with Schwab, I had to type all of them in manually. If you are lucky, you had no transactions with Fidelity from yesterday to download today. Best of luck and success!

    Some accounts are working now… Citibank, Bank of America, Capital One,

    I have two Chase logins - one is working and one returns CC-501

    Others still are not working and are returning CC-501 errors… American Express, Barclays, First National Bank of Omaha, PayPal, Charles Schwab

    Still getting CC-501 Errors for BOA, Discover Card, Cabela's Club Card. What is the root cause of this issue and when can we expect complete resolution?

    Still getting CC-501 errors for Chase & Wells Fargo. All others are working.

    Citibank Credit cards is still reporting connection issues, but no error code and transactions seem to be download. Otherwise, all other Accounts are updating. Thanks.

    Issue was resolved around noon of 09/24/2025, and now, midnight of 9/25/2025, it is back. May be it was rollback of changes and now second retry to put it back. Not a good idea. Issue is clearly with CDN part of Quicken application. Quicken Team, create testing CDN instance! Do not use us as a Guinea pigs for your application testing!
