Can you use QuickPay for Macy's in Quicken Classic for Windows R64.25

When I try to enter Payee Details for QuickPay, after I enter the Credit Card Number and click Search, no addresses come up. Is this a bug or is Macy's not eligible for QuickPay?

    I went ahead and deleted the biller, the account under banking, all memorized payees, and online payees. When I try to add it, it goes through the motions as expected, but the biller never appears. When I go to online services, I still see the option to add it as an online bill. Tried to repair and super validate as well. Any suggestions?

    Hello @James118,

    I just heard back with confirmation—at this time, Macy’s is not supported for Quick Pay. You can still add Macy’s as an Online Biller to track your amount due and due dates in Quicken. However, payments cannot be sent using Quick Pay.

    Our teams are looking into why Macy’s isn’t supported, as it does seem unusual. If that changes, I’ll follow up here with an update.

    No, now the biller does not even appear, and I have tried every Quicken trick I know of to get it to appear and it will not.

    @James118 Thank you for confirming. Since Macy’s is not currently supported for Quick Pay, and now you’re also unable to add it as an Online Biller despite the steps you’ve already tried, the next best step will be to contact Quicken Support directly.

    Our support agents can escalate this to our Online Biller service provider for further investigation. That way, they can dig into why it’s not appearing at all in your setup.
