DMH532 Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

I had the bill on auto update in my bills. It somehow is not anymore. Now it just keeps telling me to fix it. I have several times and put in all my info. It is not updating after several days.

    Hello @DMH532,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers.  However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.

    When you say it's not showing, do you mean the connection vanished entirely (no longer showing Fix It, just completely gone)? If that is the case, do you see the option to add it again as an online biller?

    If that is not the case, then please provide more information exactly what is happening.

    I have not been able to add my at&t account, comed and the all the billers I had recently added. The update took it all away. They are not in the list to connect. ComEd doesn't connect properly. There is a continuous error try again later this is so frustrating.

    At &T and ford is coming up as a credit card only now so it is not letting me reconnect.

    If it is no longer showing at all, then it is not supported by our new service provider. For the connection that is constantly giving you the Fix It error, please reach out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance, as they have access to tools we cannot access on the Community and they're able to escalate the issue as needed.  The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here.
