New ebill service...

I'm unable to find MANY of the utility and credit card businesses that I have connected to for years. Examples - LA Dept of Water & Power (LADWP), YES Energy Management, Spectrum Mobile & TV, Care Credit/Synchrony and Citi card to name a few.

Will the service be updated soon with businesses we have connected to in the past?

    Thank you for reaching out! The new service provider does not support as many billers as the previous service provider did, but they are working to expand the number of billers they support. We do not have a list of billers they are working to add, nor do we have an ETA for when they intend to add new billers. For more information, please see this article:

    With the terrible functionality compared to Quicken for Windows and the loss of Online Bill payers it really is not worth the subscription price any longer. It has really become a huge scam.

    Took a deeper look into my connected accounts. It is true that most of them no longer exist in Quicken but there are a couple that still connect and download transactions but are not listed when searching for an eBiller.
