Add online account integration with Sentinel Security Life
Supporting online account integration with Sentinel Security Life would fill an important blind spot for users who hold policies or annuities with them. Users today have to manually track values, payments, and interest. That’s error‑prone and discourages full use of Quicken for their net worth tracking. By adding Sentinel, Quicken improves user satisfaction, competitive differentiation, and reduces support load.

That decision is not Quicken's to make. The financial institution needs to request and agree to be a participating financial institution, Quicken can't make anybody participate.
You need to contact Sentinel Security Life and convince then to reach out to Quicken and sign up.

What type of accounts do you have with Sentinel? Based upon the name they sound like an insurance company, and I don't believe that Q has any relations with insurance companies.
BUT, as stated above, it's the FI's decision to support Q, not Q's decision.
