Eliminating "Everything Else" from Budget Reports

I have had this problem for years and Quicken support has not been able to understand the problem or offer a solution…but I found one.

My Budget Report showed over $26,000 in the category "Everything Else" and I had no idea where that came from because the budgeted amount was $0.00. The category above that entry on the report did not have any sub-categories. So I went to the Planning tab, clicked on the gear icon and looked for any category that had the sub-category "other". There were two, "Food & Beverage" and "Utilities". When I checked those two boxes and ran my budget report, the "Everything Else" category was gone. Case solved.

The only problem is I now have two "Other" categories on my report which show $0.00 Actual and $0.00 Budgeted. Fortunately, with zero dollars in both Actual and Budgeted, it does not affect my report.
