Escalated issue to customer support and shift supervisor.

Yes, they know MANY users are having issues.

There is no ETA on a resolution.

They claim senior leadership is aware.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. What specific issues did you discuss with Support? Since they told you it was a known issue, did they provide you with a link to the Community Alert for the issue?

    The title of your post indicates you're encountering an issue with transactions not downloading. Is this impacting all of your Fidelity accounts, or just some? What date range of transactions is missing? Since you already spoke with Support, is it safe to assume they already had you confirm that your register is sorted by date and that the transactions didn't inappropriately match to transactions already in the register or download into an incorrect account?

    I'm experiencing the same issue with all my Fidelity Investment Accounts.
