Downloaded Transactions not appearing in update dialog screen until after a restart.
After downloading transactions and clicking the red update flag for the account that has been flagged as having pending updates, no updates appear in the update dialog screen where you are asked to accept or reject. Upon restarting Quicken, all the new transactions mysteriously show up ready to be accepted or rejected and all works as it should.
