Where is the account register last update timestamp?

Seems like not too long ago the registers for my accounts had a last update timestamp listed as part of the register. I am no longer seeing that. Has it been permanently removed or is there somewhere else I can find it? When I look at my account list they all show a "last download unavailable" message.

    When you're in the Account register, what's immediately beneath the account name?

    When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Last Download" column? In the "Transaction Download" column?

    Area under account name is blank (see attached)

    In account list all accounts (total of 8) Last Download value is "Not Available" as mentioned in my original post.

    The Transaction Download value, depending on the account is one of "Yes (Express Web Connect)" or "Yes (Express Web Connect)" or "Yes (Direct Connect)"

    None of my accounts show any timestamp for last download

    I'm uncertain, but I suspect a corrupted Q data file. SO,

    1. Take a backup, just in case
    2. Restore from a backup created before that one. Did that help?
    3. If not, try another couple of restores, from progressively older backups.
    4. If none of those helped, try restoring the backup from step 1 and VALIDATING your Q data file
    5. If that didn't help either, contact Q Support via the link at the top of this page

    Have had same problem for several months. Three accounts do show the last download date but the other 27 just says Not Available. Have checked accounts settings in the three that show the date against the settings of the ones that say unavailable and do not see any differences. Thank You, Steve.
