Unable to deactivate Online Services for HSA account at Fidelity

Quicken R64.30 on Windows 11 PC.

I have a long term frustration trying to deactivate the online services for an HSA account at Fidelity. The account appears in my "Banking" accounts. Since 2023, I no longer use that account in Quicken and have it hidden in the account list. Outside of Quicken, I still have the HSA - I just stopped managing it as a banking account in Quicken. My frustration is I have the little red flag - indicating I have downloaded transactions to accept. When I go to the account, there are no transactions to download. When I attempt to deactivate Online Services, it says I have to first accept the newly downloaded transactions. Validating the file does not help. Is there a brute force way to sever the online connections on this account?

    Hello @AaronD,

Thanks for providing the details about your HSA account at Fidelity. Please review and follow this support article that addresses this issue.

Following the steps in that article should help resolve the red flag issue so you can sever the connection. If the guidance there doesn’t fix it, you would need to contact Quicken Support directly so they can review your logs and escalate the issue if needed.

    Hope this helps!
