    Same going on here on Mac version. Not fixed on Mac. When will the fix be applied and released to the mac version?

    Hello @jamlevi66,

    Thanks for your update! To help us better understand the issue on the Mac version, could you provide a bit more detail about exactly what’s happening? For example:

    • Are the Quicken balances higher or lower than the balances reported by Fidelity?
    • Does this happen after updating your online accounts, or at another time?
    • Are you seeing any error messages, or is it just a discrepancy in the cash balance?

    The more details you can provide, the easier it will be for us to investigate.

    Thank you!

    This issue has now been resolved from what I can see. As of yesterday morning the correct cash balances on all Fidelity account types started showing up in the downloads.

    Quicken balances higher and correct. The online balance = $0.00 while quicken balance has the correct amount of cash on hand. No error messages. Just a discrepancy in the cash balance, yes. I have not been able to reconcile the account for several months due to this issue.

    @jamlevi66 Thanks for following up!

    It sounds like you’re experiencing the issue described in this Community Alert regarding Fidelity Investments.

    This is a known issue caused by changes Fidelity made to how they share money market and cash transactional information with Quicken users on both Mac and Windows.

    The Alert provides the following guidance for Quicken Mac users:

    The Money Market security will disappear automatically and be set to cash. Customers whose cash balance is incorrect should perform a reconciliation with the online balance and enter an adjustment to correct the cash balance. From that point on, you will be good to go.

    Please refer to the linked Alert above for additional details and updates as they become available.

    Thank you!
