The number of shares in VOYA account is incorrect

I am using Quicken Classic Deluxe on a PC and Mac. In the past month I have noticed that the number of shares in a VOYA FIXED Account is different on the PC than on the MAC and on line. The MAC and On Line account show the same # of shares. The PC shows a significantly lower # of shares. The price per share on the PC and MAC are the same and it is correct. Is there a fixed for this ?

    Hello @dmurad53,

    Thank you for reaching out! Do you use Simple or Complete tracking for the problem account? If you use Complete tracking, you should be able to view the transactions that downloaded from the financial institution, and be able to review those transactions to see if there are any that would have caused the number of shares to drop.

    If you are using Simple tracking, you would not be able to review transactions. If that is the case, please start by reviewing the holdings showing in the account. Are there any extra or duplicate holdings that may account for the difference?
