My accounts do not appear when I try to update them - keeps happening
I am using Quicken Classic on a Windows 11 PC, latest build. I do not run the mobile version and do not plan to.
Each time I try to update my accounts, the accounts do not appear in the list. Update worked a few months ago, but has failed the last few times. I have contacted support and they do not have any suggestions other than validating the data file, which I have done many times.
This problem is making Quicken unusable, which is frustrating. I have begun searching for other apps that do the same thing, but I would really prefer to get beyond this error in Quicken. Any ideas?

When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Transaction Download" column adjacent to your accounts? What shows in the "Financial Institution" column?

All of my accounts show up in Tools, Account List, with either "Express Web Connect+ or Direct Connect" in the Transaction Downloaded column. In the Last Downloaded column, the correct date is displayed.
