Why is Quicken downloading the wrong price. You can see below that every few days it downloads 13.66, which is obviously incorrect.

I dont think this is the only security with this problem, but I havent gone through each and every security and looked at its price history.

Anyone having a similar issue? Any fixes?

What's the symbol for the security and what do you believe the quote should be?

Also, what Financial Institution holds this security? And, what method (Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, etc) are you using to download from them?

@NotACPA Sorry for delayed response. Been traveling without access to my home computer.

The ticker is CEMGFX. As for the expected price in the screen shot above, I dont know exactly, but the 13.66 entries should be in the $19 range. BTW, it is still happening. Had to update the price yesterday. Odd that keeps defaulting to $13.66.

The security is manually uploaded via a QFX file because it is in my 401k and that doesn't automatically connect. But obviously the price doesnt come from the transaction download. And transactions only come every two weeks at most. Sometimes I dont pull them on until after a month or so.

I can say that the incorrect price does not correlate to the downloads. For example, I pulled the last transactions in last Friday and the pricing error occurred Tuesday / Wednesday (yesterday).

    Appreciate any insights!

What financial institution is creating that QFX file? Where do you hold this security?

Update. I happened upon this quicken page: https://www.quicken.com/investing/mutual-funds/CEMGFX/Carillon-Eagle-Mid-Cap-Growth-CIT

This page shows the incorrect price that keeps showing up in my download! The value is coming from Quicken.

Something is definitely wrong with the quote data for CEMGFX. I tried adding it to a test file and here is the Security Detail view.
