TSP downloads don't show individual transactions [EDITED]

Why can't Quicken get this right. Every other account I download (Schwab, USAA, Chase) have every transaction but TSP will only show totals with no individual holdings. I'm sorry I shifted to Quicken Mac!!

    Hello @Cgsarpilot,

    Thank you for reaching out! I also have a TSP account and see the same thing in Quicken for Mac.

    TSP supports Simple tracking only, which is why you're not able to see transactions. That's not something broken in Quicken. That is the financial institution's decision to not support detailed tracking.

    Have you contacted TSP to request that they support detailed tracking in Quicken?
