Fidelity NetBenefits 401(k) is still downloading incorrect transactions
Yesterday, I sold some shares in one of my Fidelity NetBenefits 401(k) funds and purchased some shares in two other funds in the same 401(k) account. Quicken only downloaded one of the transactions correctly, the sale transaction. It downloaded the purchase transactions with an "Action" type. The description was simply "exchangein". There is no reference to the fund purchased. All of these funds are non-public traded. Quicken was able to identify the sale transaction properly. Thought this had been reported multiple times recently. Apparently, it still has not been fixed.
There was also an error reported in the QCSlog.txt log at the time the transactions were downloaded.
See the attached.

Hello @cyberphile,
Thank you for reaching out! Was this issue with transactions downloading incorrectly a one-time issue, or does it consistently happen with this type of transaction?
The error you highlight in the QCS log indicates that there was information missing (a null value where information was expected). That might be the reason for the transactions not downloading correctly.
I look forward to your response!

I rarely have transactions in this 401(k) account because it is at a previous employer. It was an exchange from one "fund" to two other "funds" in that 401(k). These "funds" are non-public.
I highlighted that error message because it seemed like something that should not happen and should be reported as a bug.
In response to your reply to me on Sept 16th, this is why I create test Quicken datafiles. Consider all the reports of data corruption by other users resulting from what can only be described as a disaster of a conversion from Direct Connect to EWC+ for Fidelity customers.

Thank you for your reply,
To further investigate the issue, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly, since they will likely need to review the logs to determine the cause of the problem, and they're able to escalate the issue as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!
