Added an account that has been open for months, only shows a couple months transactions

I rarely update Quicken anymore. I found that I had not added the new Checking / Saving accounts I opened in the beginning of the year. When I added the account, it displays from August on. My online banking account displays all transactions going back to the opening date. Even after updating Quicken doesn't show the older transactions including the opening deposit.

I've read here and haven't found a solution. I'm contacting my bank to see if it's on their side but wanted to ask here to make sure Quicken isn't set up wrong. This is the first time opening a new account in Quicken has caused this issue.

    Solved.

The bank only downloads a certain number of transactions when you add the account. I had to select the opening balance date to the first date listed in Outlook to download the rest.

Turns out downloading with Google Chrome just errors out when downloading a file to a full drive.

I tried to download using Firefox and it said Insufficient drive space.

Cleared up some temp files and the download completed successfully.

Problem: Insufficient Drive Space causing the downloads to fail.
