CITI Bank Online CC-503 since 10/14/2025

I'm running Quicken Classic Deluxe version R64.30 for Windows.

Quicken offers two links to add bank accounts at www.cit.com:
1) CIT Bank N.A New Login

2) CIT Bank Online.

Both options return error CC-503 when trying to Add Account.

I first encountered this issue on 10/14/2025. The CIT Bank Online login credentials I'm entering in Quicken are correct

Is anyone else having this issue?

    As I stated above, "The CIT Bank Online login credentials I'm entering in Quicken are correct." A Quicken support tech watched me successfully log in to my CIT account at www.cit.com by using the very same credentials that are triggering the CC-503 error.

    The Quicken support tech also observed that error CC-503 is returned whether I use CIT Bank N.A New Login or CIT Bank Online.

    Quicken support has not resolved this issue.
