Missing Fidelity HSA Transactions
I see I'm not the only one struggling with the recent "upgrade" with updating Fidelity accounts. I've seen references to the missing transactions problem being resolved but I haven't yet come across the resolution that works. My other Fidelity investment account seems to be downloading/updating correctly. However, my HSA has not added transactions since 9/5/2025. I have tried several of the methods found online but nothing seems to work. I have deleted the account and created new, but the transactions still do not show. The transactions show on Fidelity site but do not download to Quicken.
I am using current version of Quicken R64.30 and Windows 11 is up to date. Quicken shows no errors but has created these transactions below.

Hello @RJO257,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I am happy to help out.
I think a good place for us to start would be reestablishing your connection to Fidelity, just to rule that out as an issue.
Here are the steps to do that:
1. Save a Backup. Steps can be found in this article if needed.
2. Disconnect ALL Fidelity accounts in Quicken. Here are the steps on how to do that.
3. Revoke Quickens Third-Party Access from the Fidelity website.
4. Add accounts back into Quicken
Once back in Quicken, you will want to make sure you choose the "LINK to existing" option for any accounts that are already in Quicken.
Let me know if your HSA account updates after performing these steps, and we will go from there.
Thank you!

I have performed all four steps with no change before posting on the 27. When I go to Fidelity Dashboard for "Third-Party Access", Fidelty shows no Third-Party Access. I added all accounts back to Quicken, linking them to existing accounts. One account updates, one does not. No change

I am experiencing the same problem with just my Fidelity HSA account starting 9/22 except the security name is "FDIC INSURED DEPOSIT AT CITIBANK HSA NOT COVERED BY SIPC". It appears to be downloading summarized amounts for a day. For example in Fidelity directly, I can see two transactions on Sept 23rd from two completely different companies. In quicken for my HSA account, there is just one transaction downloaded with the security name above and the amounts added together. I have at least 3 of these summarized transactions already. All transactions before 9/22 (the last one being 9/15) are individual Withdraw transactions as expected.

I am not able to download transactions for my Fidelity Health Savings Account.
I tried "deactivating" and "reactivating" a couple of times.
My Fidelity regular account is working fine. I am just manually entering transactions, but hoping this gets resolved soon, as downloading transactions lets me know there was activity, vs having to log in to the account to see.

Hello @davidmarketing,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am happy to help.
When you say Quicken is not downloading transactions for your health savings account, do you mean the account acts like it is connected and working properly, but no transactions come in? If so, please review this Support Article on missing transactions.
Hope this helps!

Yes - transactions are not downloading but the account is connected and appears to be working correctly.
I think it's related to all the other issues you are having with Fidelity. As noted, my regular account does download transactions and it working fine.

Hello again @davidmarketing,
Thank you for providing those details.
There is now a known issue with Fidelity HSA accounts. Because of the way the data is formatted when Fidelity sends it, Quicken does not receive transaction information and is not able to update cash balances in those accounts. You will need to update cash balances manually.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

I am having this same issue. I have multiple transactions that look like "FDIC INSURED DEPOSIT AT CITIBANK HSA NOT COVERED BY SIPC" and nothing since 9/30. Does Quicken have a trouble ticket documenting this bug and a planned date to fix?? I've tried the steps mentioned above with no success either

Thanks. It's not that big a deal because I don't have many transactions.
But I opened this account in 2021 and there were no issues from March 2021 until September 2025. It stopped working probably the same time you upgraded to the new Quicken version. It downloaded the 09/05/2025 transactions fine so sometime after that.
And I don't believe there is a difference at Fidelity between a regular account vs. an HSA account other than one is coded as a Health Savings Account which is not a taxable account and withdrawals are regulated. But within the account itself, I can purchase any security or keep a cash balance.

My wife and I have a total of about 12 accounts at Fidelity. My HSA account has stopped downloading transactions. I've tried everything from clearing and reauthorizing the Connect+ stuff to closing the old account in Quicken and creating a brand new one. The last step did download the current securities as placeholders, but even after entering the cost, new transactions in my HSA do not get downloaded. I'm not sure if other accounts are having an issue, but at least some of them are downloading.

I am also having the same problem. The last transaction that was downloaded was on 9/29/2025. More recent transactions are missing in the download.

I also stopped getting transactions for my HSA account after 9/29. This is not just with the cash, but also with capital gains distributions.

After procrastinating since August due to the flurry of Quicken/Fidelity issues, I just converted all my Fidelity DC accounts to the EWC+ method. All accounts are working as expected except my existing Fidelity HSA account. There is one new withdrawal transaction from Monday that has cleared online but will not sync with my OSU. Quicken needs to raise the priority of fixing this issue ASAP.

@Quicken Janean, I saw your Fidelity update in the discussions. You missed the Health Savings Account (HSA) - missing transactions issue.
Thanks,

Are Quicken and Fidelity working to resolve this? The Community Announcement says "We will continue to monitor this and provide updates if anything changes." That sounds pretty passive. Can we get a more engaged response going, like "We are actively working with Fidelity on a solution?" Geeze.

Hello @jrbrett,
Thank you for adding to this discussion with your comments and concerns.
At this time, the financial institution has not provided any information or dates on whether they plan on changing this or not.
In the meantime, we recommend that you manually update cash balances for your Fidelity HSA accounts in Quicken. If you wish to stay up to date on any possible future updates, you can bookmark the Community Announcement.

To be sure, it's not just a cash balance issue.

Hello @EvDob,
Thank you for adding to this discussion.
You are correct. No transactions will download at all for these HSA accounts.
Thank you.
