I had to Transfer to a new Account and have Market Value to Account Value incorrect

I had to move stocks from one account to another. All the stocks in the new account have the correct amount of shares and the total Market value is spot on. The account value is showing a difference that is about 20% (rough amount) difference. The amount does not match any one stock….and have no idea why the difference.

Assuming it is something to do with the Transfer…but cannot find the error on either place. The old account is closed. The closed account shows shares removed….and from that I transferred the shares to the new account.

My reports are incorrect now showing the wrong total amount. Not the total market value of the new account.

Please let me know what I can do.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. What process was used to transfer shares (For example, did you do the transfer manually, using the Transfer Shares option in Quicken)? Was the old account correct prior to transferring the shares? If your reports are showing incorrect information, did you check to make sure they're looking at the new account rather than the old one?
