ONGOING 10/21/25 American Express - FDP-401 / CC-933
We are receiving reports that customers attempting to connect or reauthorize American Express accounts in Quicken Classic for Mac and Windows are encountering an FDP-401 / CC-933 error. Customers will be able to authorize the accounts on the bank's website; however, when you return to Quicken, the error will appear.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
