ONGOING 10/23/25 Incorrect Error in Fidelity, BofA, and Merrill Lynch - Doesn't Prompt Migration
Some customers who are on the discontinued Fidelity Investments - DC Bank ID, Bank of America, or Merrill Lynch bids are experiencing an issue reauthorizing their accounts.
These customers should be presented with a specific error that triggers a "Fix It" flow solution to move them over to their new bids. Due to the incorrect error (WIN: OL-295-A, Mac: 16503) being given, the customer is not prompted to migrate.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
