Windows Quicken Classic VR64.35 Connecting to USAA
For the past 2 or so weeks I can not download anything from USAA. I have reset the account and even deleted and re added it. When I do this it says I am now connected but when I run 1 step update right after, I get the same error. Any all suggestions are appreciated. I have not found anything on here that it is on the USAA side. Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Hello @Tennyanky,
Thank you for reaching out! The CC-506 error indicates that Quicken is unable to identify which account your downloaded data belongs to. This can happen if the account was closed or renamed at your financial institution, or if there’s an old/hidden account in your file still activated for downloads.
Please review and follow this support article regarding this error.
That article covers updating Quicken, refreshing account information, and deactivating/reactivating your USAA accounts to ensure Quicken correctly links to the active ones.
If you’ve already followed those steps and the issue persists, please contact Quicken Support directly so they can review your log files and escalate if needed.
Thank you!
