Windows Quicken Classic VR64.35 - Issues with USAA

I've been having repeatedly difficulty with Quicken downloads for Fidelity, and now with USAA Bank. When I updated my USAA Checking this afternoon, it removed upcoming scheduled transactions from my register in Quicken and increased my running balance by over $300,000. I have spent many hours working through all of the issues, but now an issue with USAA Bank all of a sudden.

    Hello @JNTexas,

    Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Did this issue start immediately after updating to R64.35? Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive? Is it synced with any cloud services, such as OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox?

    You mentioned that the upcoming reminders vanished from that account register. Do you have the clock icon near the upper right in that account? If so, try clicking on it and see if it somehow got set to "Don't show reminders". If that is what happened, you should be able to select the appropriate timeframe to get them to display again.

    Do the upcoming reminders account for the increase in your running balance? If not, have you checked the sort order in that register? If it's not sorted by date, that can cause the running balance to be off. If that is what happened, then sorting by Date should correct it.

    Hi Quicken Kristina! Here are responses to your questions.

    The issues started immediately after updating to R64.35. I keep my Quicken files on my local laptop. I don't sync with cloud services.

    I use 90 days for reminders and confirmed that it was set correctly.

    I did sort by Date and it didn't work.

    I did update again, and it is now updated and operating correctly. Not sure why…but I am so glad!
