    Apparently, with no errors until yesterday and today (10/27/25), my Quicken EWC+ connection to Merrill Lynch has not been working since 10/4/25 (Holdings information updated as of 10/4/25). This was reported via a Quicken CC-501 error (We are unable to update this account due to an unknown error). This is for seven (7) accounts for one (1) of my Quicken files. Only one connection, my LMA account, appears to have been working…

    Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I will not try a reset of the accounts unless needed, and naturally I can't until the connection works.

They will likely need to review the logs to get further insight into what is causing the error. Their contact information can be found through this link here.     I called Quicken. They couldn't help me. They said the error needs to occur for 48 hours first, before they can help. I mentioned that the error did start 48 hours ago. Quicken support said I need to call back tomorrow…

    Were your accounts deactivated/reconnected recently? I know that is one thing that can require waiting 48 hours, just to ensure there is sufficient data in the logs to review. Did Support provide you with the ticket number, so I can review what happened?
