Not syncing Properly from Mobile App to Desktop Software

This is now happening 100% of the time.

I enter an expense on the mobile app. This is a split entry, dining, tax, and tip. I go to the desktop and I only see the date, the name of the institution, and the total amount. The entry becomes uncategorized.

Everything else, totals, etc. match from mobile to desktop.

    Hello @michael7572,

    Thank you for reporting this issue.

    I am able to recreate this in my own Quicken as well. I will be forwarding this issue to the proper channels to have this further investigated. Can you please navigate to Help > Report a problem > Send to Quicken from within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation?

    It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

    You can also add screenshots here if that helps. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Please let me know once you have sent your logs over so I can add them to the ticket.
