when i link one online account it disables other accounts from same institution
I track my account at Bank of America and my wife's account at Bank of America - two separate accounts and logins. for years One step update downloaded each account separately with no issues. Now I am told I need to reactivate each account. I deactivate my BoA card and reactivate and it work fine except it disables my wife's link to BofA. So I go in and deactivate her card and reactivate and hers works but it disables my account. Again multiple accounts from same BofA. This happens with Amex, Capital One, and Citibank as well. Never had this issue and have used Quicken for 20 years.

This might well be a "token" problem and lots of users have had the same problem.
Try this:
and see if that works.

Was able to go through all the affected accounts and it seems I am now back in business! Thanks so much for the assistance.
