Getting CC-508 error trying to download transaction from Health Equity
Health Equity forced me to use Passkey. I set it up on the web and my mobile app, but unable to setup Quicken to download transaction. Any suggestions?

The CC-508 error typically occurs when your financial institution adds a new page or pop-up that requires your action—such as a prompt to confirm information, accept terms, or review a message—before Quicken can connect successfully. That said, we also want to make you aware of this active Community Alert regarding HealthEquity.
While the alert references different error codes, it contains important context—HealthEquity recently implemented passkey authentication and has confirmed that they no longer support connections with financial data aggregators, which includes Quicken. This change may be the underlying reason you’re seeing the CC-508 error when trying to download transactions.
