UPDATED 10/16/25 HealthEquity - CC-501/FDP-101
We are currently seeing an issue with HealthEquity returning an FDP-101 error in Quicken Classic for Mac and Quicken Classic for Windows. This is likely due to a passkey now being required for users to sign in.
Our teams have escalated this issue and are working to get it resolved. While we don’t yet have an estimated time for a fix, we’ll provide updates here as soon as more information is available.
To be notified of updates as they become available, please click the bookmark ribbon located in the upper right. If you do not see the bookmark ribbon, please make sure that you are signed into the Quicken Community.
