During the Fidelity transition, Quicken made zzz-fidelity accounts. Now that the transition is over, Quicken keeps asking me to reauthorize that zzz-fidelity. It is not a real account, but shows up in the online center. How can I remove it from online center?

    Hello @aboxbaum,

Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. What did you mean when you said the account is not a real account? Are you able to see that account in your account list (Tools>Account List)? Is zzz-fidelity the name of the account, or the name of the financial institution Quicken thinks it's connected to?

I look forward to your reply!

    I have the same problem.

Quicken keeps asking me to reauthorize two accounts that begin with zzz-Fidelity. I am not able to see these accounts in my account list. The accounts that I do have at Fidelity are correctly shown in my account list.

    Hello @Martin Brook,

Thank you for letting us know you're also seeing this issue. To check if the accounts are in your Quicken, but hidden, please navigate to Tools>Manage Hidden Accounts….

If you can find the accounts listed there, make sure to uncheck the box making them hidden.

Once the accounts are no longer hidden, you should be able to backup your Quicken file, deactivate them, and if they need to be reauthorized, navigate to Tools>Add Account and follow the prompts to reconnect them.

    I hope this helps!
