When I try to install Quicken
it asks me for my username and password, When I enter the combo, the system tells me that the username/password combo is incorrect. I entered the same one that I used to get to these forums.
Is this correct? Also, when I tried to change the p/w, quicken is supposed to send me a code via email, but it doesn't, I looked in spam, but it wasn't there.
I can't install quicken until I get that problem resolved.

Your forum ID & pwd do not NECESSARILY have anything to do with your Q product ID & pwd.
Mine aren't the same.
You probably need to contact Q Support, via the link at the top of this page, for assistance.
