Quicken classic for Mac did not load any transaction from Fidelity today

I was being told that Fidelity does not support downloading transaction from Quicken classic on Mac. Is this true..

    I doubt that's true. That being said, Fidelity transactions don't download instantly, even old transactions. Give it some time. Eventually they should randomly get downloaded during a sync.

    If the account is not a HSA account, then please provide more details what kind of account it is and what is happening when you try to update your account, so I can help you troubleshoot.
