Well Fargo credit card credit balance shows as a debit balance in Quicken

I'm running Quicken Classic Deluxe version R64.35 under Windows 11.

As of 11/1/2025, my Wells Fargo credit card account has a credit balance of $456.74, but the Quicken Online Balance is -$456.74 when it should be +$456.74.

Due to this error in the Quicken Online Balance, when I try to reconcile using the Online Balance,

Quicken displays

Cleared Balance: -456.74

Statement Ending Balance: 456.74

Difference: -913.48

Quicken is incorrectly handling credit balances for Wells Fargo credit cards.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. Since it is the online balance which is coming in incorrectly, I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance, since they will need to check the logs to verify how that data is being sent to us (to narrow down if the problem is on our end, or if the financial institution is sending incorrect information).
