Fidelity Add-on to Known Issues

  1. The new download pulled the names/accounts of my annuities but not their values
  2. The Fidelity credit card is now pulled from the Fidelity website, but when I reconciled I noticed that several recent charges (not pending) were missing. I had to add them by hand to complete reconciliation.

  • I need help with the Annuity values. The credit card seems to be ok but I only reconcile once a month, after the credit card statement arrives.

    @David J. Carlson,

    Thank you for following up with additional details.

    When you say the Annuity values are not being pulled in, are you missing transactions? Are the transactions present, but the balance is $0.00? The more information you can provide, the better.

    Additionally, screenshots of what you are seeing may be helpful as well. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Thank you!

  • I am running the latest version of Quicken R64.35, build 27.1.64.35 on a Windows 11 PC. Previously deferred annuities appeared on the Fidelity Website but did not come into Quicken. They were added in the new link. Fidelity shows each annuity as a separate item with one position. That position has N/A as the symbol with the name of the annuity below (as with most positions). It has the current value only but that value changes daily as interest builds up. That position has not been transferred to Quicken, only the account name. Screen shots are attached. Not much to see in Quicken as there are no positions to show. The Fidelity one has values but I have blanked them out. The account has one transaction on 0/0/1900 Opening Cash Balance, which is zero. Thats it.

    What else do you want to know?

    @David J. Carlson,

    Thank you for following up with those additional details!

    It sounds like there could be some issue with how these are being sent to Quicken. To determine if this is, in fact, the problem, we will need to take a look at your log files to see how the information for this account has been sent over.

    Please go to Help>Report a problem>Send to Quicken to submit your log files. Then, reach out to Quicken Support directly so they can take a look and determine if an escalation is needed.

    Let me know how it goes!
