Bill and Income Reminders Disappear
I'm using Quicken Classic on a Windows 11 laptop and have several Income and Bill reminders set up. Within the last few weeks, those just disappear on me around the time they're due. In particular, it seems to happen when those transactions download during One-Step updates before I enter them. I could always see the post in "Downloaded Transactions" and they showed as new entries, not matches. Realizing that they had posted, I would switch over to the "Bill and Income Reminders" tab and enter them (with their respective categories, tags and memos), then accept the match in the other tab. For some reason, now they don't appear in the Bill and Income Reminders tab once downloaded, even though the downloads don't appear as matches. Also, in the past accepting the new transaction before entering the reminder would often trigger a dialogue box asking if it was the scheduled reminder. That doesn't seem to happen anymore either.
For example, my pension direct deposit is scheduled for the first of every month, with split categories for pension income, fed tax, etc. If the first of the month occurs on a Friday or weekend day, the deposit is made on an earlier date. If I accept the "New" download I don't get that split in the categories. I would normally switch to the Bill and Income Reminders tab, enter the reminder, switch back to the Downloaded Transactions and see it now as a match. That no longer happens because the reminder disappears.
Has anyone else experienced this and know how to fix it?

Hello @gport3,
Thank you for providing all of these details. To help us narrow down the cause, could you clarify a few things?
- Where is your Quicken data file stored—on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud/external location such as OneDrive, DropBox, or a USB drive?
- Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps beyond what you mentioned, and if so, what were they?
- When did this issue first start happening?
- Were there any significant changes to your system or software around that time (e.g., Windows updates, new programs installed, or other software changes)?
This information will help us determine potential causes and next steps.

Same issue here. One of the main reasons for me to use Quicken is to avoid being late on any payment and keep tracking of my balances. Fortunately I setup autopay on any single account just in case and that saved me this time when Quicken decided to delete Bill reminder that have been there forever, and i didn't catch it. Quicken have been doing this lately and i was able to catch it and to add the reminder again but this is ridiculous. Obviously this is related with one of the last updates. Please fix this ASAP. I really love Quicken and have been using it forever but there are plenty of options on the market now.

Same situation here. Some monthly bills drop off 'Manage Income and Reminders" which shows under Menu Bars' Tools. Some then remain under Bills & Income tab's Bills, Income, & Transfers but show as overdue even after payment on register. I also no longer reliably get the dialogue box asking if it was the scheduled reminder. When I do, it lists due date as a month in future. Now knowing that problem is not a fluke, I may document.

My income reminder doesn't drop off, but it is there with a 0.00 amount. I have to open the reminder and hit enter. Then it updates. I have to do this each time I open Quicken. If I don't update it, tax planner is incorrect because it doesn't add future income.
I have used Quicken for years and have never had as many problems as I have had within the past few months. I don't want to change programs/platforms, but if I have to I will..
