We are managing our budget from two computers and they both keep locking up when trying to update.

This is has been a problem in the past with just on computer but now it has become a weekly occurrence. How do we stop this from happening? How do I get the computer to update now?

    We do currently have a Community Alert that could explain what you are describing.

    If that is not what you are seeing, please provide more information.

    • Are you saying that you are syncing one file between two computers?
    • If so, by what means are you accomplishing this?
    • Are you using Quicken on the Web on the second computer?
    • Where is your file located?
    • Is your file being synced/ backed up by any third-party services like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Carbonite?
