US Dollar exchange always result in 1 cent off (Q Win Canada)

It bothered me long time when I having Canadian/US dollar exchanges in Quicken Canada. For example when I move $140,620 from a Canadian dollar chequing account into US$ stock account, at exchange rate 1.4062, US account received US$100,000, simple and clear. But when I input this transaction into Quicken, it automatically recorded $140,620.01 into chequing account. This is ridiculous! What is Quicken doing?

This problem occurred ever since I use Quicken for over 20 years! It never match!
