Bills and income - No longer getting statements [Edited]

before the latest update, we got statements downloaded in bills and income. now I'm not getting them. is it a bug?

    Thank you for reaching out to tell us about your issue.

    To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.

    Did that. the show memos… option is on and still nothing

    I don't think, it'll be possible to download statements into the "new and improved" Quicken Bill Manager, at least not right now.

    Do make sure that the bank or biller sends you an email notification when a new statement is available.
    Logon to the bank's or biller's website to review and/or print the PDF statement. Record the scheduled reminder so you don't forget about the payment.

    IMHO, setting up Autopay at the biller's or bank's website would be best to ensure that you're never late making payments. The biller will send an ACH Debit transaction to your bank or credit card on the Due Date, debiting your account automatically.

    I have the same issue. I have all my credit cards on autopay for full balance but I'd like it to display the amount. That way I can make sure I have enough money in checking to pay my bills. Can anyone help me get this very useful feature back please?
