Intermittent Citi Cards OL-301-A error

A week ago, I started getting an OL-301-A error for both my Citi cards when using One Step Update. It was like this for several days, then magically rectified itself. Today, I'm getting the error again…..

I have not Reauthorized the cards as I still have some transactions to accept & categorize.

As I said, this went away on it's own, so I don't believe it is on my end.

Update please.

    Thanks for sharing the details! The OL‑301‑A error typically indicates an issue connecting to the financial institution while using Direct Connect. Often, this is due to something on the bank’s servers, so it can appear intermittently even if you can log in to the bank’s website successfully.

    You can try refreshing your bank’s branding and profile in Quicken as a first step, following the instructions below:

    1. In Quicken, select the Tools menu, then choose Online Center.
    2. Click the Financial Institution dropdown arrow and select the financial institution.
    3. Press CTRL+Shift while selecting Contact Info.
    4. Select one of the accounts associated with the bank from the dropdown list
    5. Select Financial Institution Branding and Profile from the list and click Refresh.
    6. Click OK and go online by clicking the Update/Send button.
    7. Attempt your online session again.

    If the error continues, it may require assistance directly from Citi’s online services team, since Quicken does not have access to their servers to resolve the issue.
