Fidelity not downloading quotes again for 401k
Started again about a week ago after everything seemed fixed, anyone else seeing this? This is on top of the HSA issue where nothing is downloading.

As for the issue with quotes not downloading, can you provide more information?
- Are the only quotes affected the one in your 401(k) account?
- When you say they are not downloading, do you mean they don't download at all, or they are delayed?
The more information you can provide, the better. Additionally, screenshots of what you are seeing may be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Yes, only my 401k quotes. They are updating but are delayed, I am at least one day behind on the updates. My Roth and HSA quotes are up to date (although HSA is still not updating transactions, just fund quotes).

Thank you for following up with that additional information.
Can I have you check your preferences in Quicken?
To do this:
- Go to Edit.
- Select Preferences.
- Click on Investments.
- Make sure you have Automatically update quotes every 15 minutes and Real-Time quotes checked.
After doing this, update your accounts and let me know if you continue to see your quote updates delayed.

Why do you show more options in your Preferences than are in mine? I'm running R64.35 on Windows 11 Home.

Were you able to try the steps I mentioned above?
You are running Quicken Classic Deluxe, which has limited investment features, and I am in Quicken Classic Business and Personal, which has all features. This would explain why we have different options.
Thank you for pointing this out. I now realize that @rskurato should have the same options as you and therefore would be unable to do my suggested step.
In this case, I would recommend going to the Investing tab> Click the dropdown on the Update button>Select Quotes.

My NetBenefits account has non-public funds. The account only updates by downloading transactions. I did a deeper dive on my price history. The prices for Nov 9th are correct according to Fidelity. However, the prices recorded in Quicken as for Nov 10th are actually for Nov 11th according to Fidelity. The quotes identified as for Nov 10th have not been entered in Quicken for this account. Effectively, I have lost a day's quotes. This is not the first time since the conversion to EWC+ that this has happened to me. This situation of the quotes not being available until the next day I'm sure plays a part in this and needs to be rectified. This was not the case before the conversion to EWC+.

I see the same issue where the quote/prices for 11/12 are identical to 11/10. The 11/11 prices are missing. The 11/10 prices are different than 11/7 so seem to be fine though I didn't check against a source. Going back further I have what looks like decent price history.
Is there a new issue or just a 2 day glitch?
Note that quotes for ETFs and stocks are fine. The missing and incorrect quotes are on Treasuries, Corporate bonds, and CDs.
I tried running the Investing/Update/Quotes and also tried from Security Detail View on 1 security the More/Download Historical Prices (which covers all securitie). Neither changed the 11/10-11/12 prices.1 -
