    I just got prices, but they were applied with today's date instead of yesterday's!

    Thank you for letting us know you're also seeing the issue with prices reflecting the wrong date. The issue has already been reported for further investigation and resolution. I can see you already sent a problem report with logs attached also. That will help our teams investigate!

    The NAV's for two of my five Netbenefits 401(k) accounts have not updated prices since Sept 30, 2025. Problem reported.

    Dec 11, 2025. I refreshed my two Fidelity Netbenefits accounts, (which both have non-public traded funds) and the current prices were updated. This is the first time in the last few months this has worked. Can anyone confirm if this issue is resolved for good or was this a one off?

    Cross fingers that I no longer have to manually update the prices for my Netbenefits funds

    It has been updating for the last few weeks. Did not get updates for Thursday or Friday prices. Tried multiple time on Friday to get Thursday prices, nothing. Have tried a few times today to get Friday prices - nothing.

    I too have non-public funds in my NetBenefits 401(k) account. The Friday prices have not updated today. I've tried at about 8:30am Pacific and again just now. Thursday's prices did update on Friday morning as usual. I'll keep trying to update the prices through Monday morning.

    Update: The prices for Friday just updated between about 9:50am and 8:36pm Pacific today.
