Add Bills & Income Options to Reports [Edited/Merged Ideas]
Category Reports add option to include bills & income
The payees and rules feature is fantastic in saving lots of input when setting future months' anticipated bills and income. When using Quicken this way, it would be very helpful to have the option of including those projected items in the reports, especially the category reports by month, quarter. & year that would also provide a side-by-side comparison to the previous years of actual expense and income by period.
I used Q for PC for many years, but new to Q for Mac - if there is already a way to do this would appreciate guidance on how to do it.

It would be really helpful if reporting could include Bill & Income reminder transactions as an option. This would enable cashflow projections as closing balances.

As would a scheduled bill and income report. Or am I missing something?

Have only this year become a macOS user after a very many years of using the Windows version of Quicken. I am really disappointed that the Report "Bill and Income Reminders" is not included in the Mac version. Knowing what you did in the past is great, but knowing what will be happening in the future in a very well laid out half-sheet page showing all the money going out and coming in for the month is fantastic. The form is laid out in the following order: Status; Due; Pay To/Receive From; Payments; Deposits; Account to use; Method. Plus giving the totals at the bottom of the page. I have tried to duplicate this form in Mac but to no success.

Hello All,
Thank you all for posting these ideas.
I do realize that all of your ideas are worded slightly differently, but all of you want Bills and Income options in reports, so I merged your ideas into one.
Thanks again!

I would like to add my voice to this need. Quicken allows the entry of future (planned) transactions, but no way to view that planning.
Also, it would be helpful if creating a budget brought the Bills and Income forecast into the budget.

@KeithinCedarRapids I do understand the request here; I just wanted to suggest one possible workaround that might help you until such a feature exists in Quicken Mac.
Quicken allows the entry of future (planned) transactions, but no way to view that planning.
You could click on the Banking (or All Transactions) group headings in the left sidebar to see a register with all your accounts. In this register, set the Reminders visibility — the "v" next to the little clock icon in the upper right — to show 30 or 60 days or whatever time period you are interested in. All the scheduled transactions are then visible at the top (if you have dates sorted in descending order) of the screen, above the green "today" line.
If you want to print those future transactions select any or all of them, (click the first one and then shift-click the last one to select them all), and click Print. in the Print dialog box, select Include > Scheduled Transactions Only or All Visible Transactions, and make sure the Include Scheduled Transactions checkbox is checked. That will generate a report you can save as a PDF or actually print of your scheduled transactions.
(Of course, this doesn't give you a view integrating the future scheduled transactions into most Dashboard cards which are backward-looking, or standard reports, or the Budget.)
