Future Transaction Not appearing in Mobile app

I have several future transactions entered in the desktop app. One of these transactions does not appear in the mobile app. I've reset the cloud several times with no effect. Confusing that the issue only affects one transaction. Ideas?

    Hello @JohnGW9,

    Thank you for sharing your experience and what you have done to try to correct this.

    I can see why you would be confused by this. If the issue is with one specific transaction, I think the first thing we should try is deleting the transaction and reentering it to see if it then shows up.

    I do have some follow-up questions for you.

    • Is this a scheduled transaction, like a bill reminder?
    • How long has this been happening?
    • Where is your data file located?
    • Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like Dropbox, OneDrive, or Carbonite?

    Looking forward to your response.

    I deleted the series and reentered it. That seemed to correct the issue and created another problem. A future transfer entered for later this week shows in the desktop register correctly but shows a different date in the mobile app. Never had any issues with this transaction as it's been a regular thing for several years. No idea what the cause may be or have to address it, very frustrating.

    @JohnGW9,

    Thank you for trying the suggested step and coming back to let us know the results.

    Can you answer the other questions I asked in my previous post? This will help me determine how to proceed.

    Thanks again.
