Fidelity Credit Card transactions delayed or fail to download

    Note: as of 11/11 Quicken will not download Fidelity Credit Card transactions even after reset of account with Fidelity

    To clarify, was this one of the accounts that was previously giving you issues, or is this a new problem? Is your Fidelity Credit Card connected using Fidelity Investments or Elan Financial Services? Are you seeing any error messages/codes when you try to update?

    I am still having issues with Fidelity Credit card transactions downloading through Fidelity. Sometimes they download days after they post. It is hard to tell which date they post as the transaction date stays on the transaction when it posts but I am speculating based on order of transaction on posted list online. Would I be better off connecting through Elan Financial Services? Usually if I can see the transactions have posted online it would be available for download. That is not happening anymore. I have reset the account (not deactivate and set-up) and it come up with "Link to Existing Account" and all seemed to be fine except no transactions downloaded when there should have been some available for download. I will try tomorrow and see if it's just a delayed download. If not, I may just try to switch to downloading through Elan.

    Just as a follow up, I was generally not having problems with the Credit card account before all the issues with Fidelity recognizing my brokerage accounts as checking. Through the fixing process, the credit card account always came up as credit card, so its been recognized appropriately between Quicken and Fidelity. Just the periodic non download of already posted transactions. One time I did a reset and transactions downloaded but today, I did the reset and no available transactions downloaded.

    i've had the same problem ever since the change in connection with fidelity. sometimes it works and sometimes (mostly) it doesn't. it's been extremely frustrating, considering it was fine for years. for a product that i pay for annually it has not kept up with my needs or expectations.
