    Now if someone can fix the issue with Computershare that’s been happening for well over a month, that would be great.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I went ahead and split this comment into its own post since it addresses a different financial institution.

    Upon checking your account internally, I can see you're receiving an internal FDP-192 error with Computershare. This specific error occurs when a financial institution is using an authentication method that Quicken doesn’t support. In situations like this, Quicken can’t complete the connection until the secondary authentication method on the financial institution's website is adjusted.

    In short, the issue is typically resolved by reviewing the secondary authentication settings on the Computershare website and switching to a supported method (for example, security questions, if available). If the authentication options can’t be changed—or if the problem continues 24+ hours after adjusting them—please contact Quicken Support for further assistance and possible escalation if needed.

    there is already an open case for this that I submitted and another thread that I’m following where other customers are experiencing the same problem over the same timeframe. The last I saw is that it was being investigated.

    I double-checked internally and can confirm that we do have an open ticket for this issue (CTP-14465). A fix is currently in progress, though we don’t have an ETA available.
