I just noticed that my Fidelity investments have not downloaded since 9/30. What's happening?

I see numerous discussions about Fidelity. Rather than try to sort through all those posts, what I would like to obtain are the latest instructions on how to fix this problem.

There are no error messages. I am using Quicken Deluxe, Version: R64.35, Build: 27.1.64.35, Windows 11 Enterprise.

    I deactivated and reactivated downloading transactions and that fixed it.
