Transactions updates are hanging

I am no longer able to update transactions from Bank of America, or United Mileage Plus, or Everbank. It just hangs and I have to kill the process. I'm also having problems with my Fidelity Netbenefits account. It is asking me to reauthorize but but it won't let me add the new account. It hangs. What is going on?

    The last downloads in these accounts were "Express Web Connect+". My other accounts where updates work are "Direct Connect" (e.g. TIAA),

    In some circumstances, Quicken for Windows may start to slow down, freeze, or crash during the One Step Update process. While the actual cause of the performance dip or crash can be difficult to isolate, we do have a list of possible fixes and troubleshooting steps to try.
