RESOLVED 12/5/25 TD Bank Web Connect - Unable to import web connect / QFX files
We’ve identified an issue with TD Bank Web Connect in which the Web Connect file cannot be imported. This issue has already been reported to TD Bank; however, no ETA is available.
In Quicken for Mac, the import returns the error:
“Download Unavailable.”
In Quicken for Windows, the import fails with the message:
“Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution information for this download. Please try again later.”
